Women in finance profiles — documented careers of women who have led banks, managed funds, shaped economic policy, and built financial institutions. These profiles draw on public records, published interviews, and documented career histories.

About the Editorial Team
The editorial team comprises personal-finance writers with CFP-adjacent backgrounds — former CFPs, financial journalists with a decade-plus at major personal-finance publications, and working financial planners who write on the side. We attribute work to the publication rather than to individuals because the site is intended as a long-term editorial reference rather than a personal-byline platform.
A Note on the Domain and Brand
The “Financially Wise Women” brand and domain were previously used by an unrelated women’s-personal-finance service business. The current editorial publication is a separate team that acquired the lapsed domain in May 2026 and relaunched it as the editorial resource you are reading now. We continue the brand’s commitment to women’s financial education, but we have published no prior-owner content under the new editorial direction.
